A: We will work as quickly as possible to meet your deadlines, but minimum is 1 week from artwork approval.
Q: I have no idea what I want my beanie to look like - can you help?
A: Yes! First begin by picking a style you like and then we can customize colors from there. We can provide you with a few options so you can choose the one you love.
Q: Do you offer design services?
A: Yes, we do! Design services are included if you need assistance. All we need from you is the logo and additional details and we will provide you with a proof in a few days. Email details to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Q: Can I choose the color of the stitching?
A: Yes! You can customize everything about your beanie.
Q: What are my options for patches?
A: We offer everything from leather to fabric patches, and in all sizes. We can create a die-cut patch based on the shape of your logo or we can fit your logo into a circle, rectangle, etc. Patches are available in multiple colors.
Q: What is your refund policy?
We will apply a full refund back to your original payment method if you decide to cancel before production on your custom beanies begin.
After production has begun, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds on custom printed tents. We do, however, have a 100% satisfaction guarantee, and we will do whatever it takes to make sure you're 100% happy with your purchase including reprinting your tent free of charge or making any other changes per your request.
